I can’t really understand why im skinny because im not very active during the day. Im just mostly sitting inside watching tv or playing video games.
If you are thinking im not skinny, then listen i can see and feel my ribs on my chest and my arms are so thin too..
Don’t think im eating salat , fruit and vegetables only.
lately i been eating pizza almost every day for 2 weeks.
and haven’tgained weight , i actually lost weight.
normally i eat regular food , like barbeque,lalasagnend other types of regular food..

Why am i so skinny and what can i do about it ?
